Shipping Times

Ready-to-ship items are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days and arrive within 7–10 days across India. Custom pieces take 4–8 weeks from order confirmation. We'll keep you updated throughout with shipping confirmations and delivery notifications.

Shipping Costs

₹89 per kg for orders below ₹2,000. Free shipping on orders above ₹2,000 on eligible items.

International Shipping

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.

Packaging

Each piece is wrapped in protective materials, secured in custom-sized boxes and cushioned to prevent movement during transit. Our packaging is completely plastic-free and recyclable.

Remote Areas

We ship across India including remote locations. Delivery to remote areas may take a few extra days. We'll confirm serviceability when you place your order.

Damaged on Arrival

If your piece arrives damaged, photograph the damage within 48 hours and email hello@agoodlife.in. We'll arrange immediate replacement or repair and handle all communication with the shipping company.
