Larger pieces receive extra reinforcement and careful handling instructions for our shipping partners.

What if my item arrives damaged?

While we package carefully, sometimes shipping can be rough on furniture. If your piece arrives damaged, photograph the damage within 48 hours and email us at hello@agoodlife.in. We'll arrange immediate replacement or repair, and handle all communication with the shipping company. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we'll make it right quickly.

Can I track my order in real-time?

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information to monitor your package's journey. Ready-to-ship items typically dispatch within 3-5 business days and arrive within 7-10 days across India. Custom pieces take 4-8 weeks from order confirmation. We'll keep you updated throughout the process with shipping confirmations and delivery notifications.

Do you offer installation services?

Most of our pieces are designed for easy setup with basic tools and clear instructions included. For larger furniture or complex installations, we can recommend trusted local professionals in major cities. What about shipping to remote areas?
